Close fitting pants/leggings I made View B/C Pattern Sizing:
xsm-med Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
yes Were the instructions easy to follow?
yes What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
I loved that it only has one piece. Fabric Used:
I don't know what you call it, but it's like a sweater knit. It has double thickness. It's not really meant for this type of garment but I wanted to try and it worked! Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I tried on the leggings before I made the casing for the waistband. It seemed like it might sit way too low once it was sewn so I just attached the elastic directly to the edge of the fabric and flipped it up. I may have just been paranoid but I like the waist height the way I have it. With proper stretch knit fabric I might try the casing method.
I also made the length of the legs somewhere between view B and C. Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I will definitely be using this pattern again. Conclusion:
This is a great (and trendy) wardrobe staple. I love the variations of this pattern and the extra length in the leg.
