Pattern Sizing:
XS-XL. I made the XL or size 14 for my tall 12 year old.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
Yes, even better IMHO.
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Extremely easy and clear.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
Liked everything about it.
Fabric Used:
Assorted cotton and poly knits, some with lycra. I used poly knits for ski underwear and cotton knits for regular wear. The leggings MUST have two-way stretch for full range of motion. Ponte knits with lycra are ideal.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
Shortened body from tunic to t-shirt length and added waist shaping. Shortened sleeves to 3/4 length in two tops. Inserted the elastic into a casing instead of sewing it to the top of the waistband.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?Yes and yes. I've sewn the leggings 4 times and the top 3 times this week.
Conclusion:
A great basic. The leggings fit just like RTW leggings.
I also used the tunic pattern to recut a couple of boxy "event" T-shirts.
