The apron looked cute on the envelope.
The pocket is big and great to use.
The sizing is weird, I used size S and had to take in a lot. Also, it is not always practical to wiggle your way in or out of an apron.

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I wanted some colour blocking and sewed two nice cottons together, then cut the pattern. Trying on, I realised the bust was much too wide - I took out about two inches on both underarm seams, so four inches total. It is still rather wide.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
No, and no. It is a shapeless tent. But as I had it, I used it for several years (not very often, though, because it is a bit impractical with putting it on), until I finally sewed myself some beautiful aprons. Should have replaced this one long ago, as now I USE the aprons.
Conclusion:
Shapeless, much too big apron with an impractical design. |
