Pattern Sizing: 92-146 cm; I used the 146 cm for Mr. T who wears a size 10 in RTW
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes it did! I didn't use mesh but it looked like the tank in the picture.
Were the instructions easy to follow?
These instructions were very easy to follow. There weren't too many steps and they were all clear. I had no issues.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I love this tank with the yoke. I like that the pattern is fast and easy to sew. It is great to quickly add to the wardrobe.
Fabric Used: A micro stretch terry for the yoke (and shorts ~ They are ottobre 6-2011 #37). I upcycled an old favorite tee of mine for the main fabric on the tank and used an old tank of mine for the ribbing.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I decided not to add ribbing to the bottom of the tank. Otherwise I did exactly as the directions told me.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I would sew it again! I think I will use a stretchier knit on the main fabric this time around. Mr. T is at the top end of the sizing on this pattern; however I don't think it would be hard to grade the sizing up. I plan on making a few for Mr. T because he usually runs around without a shirt on for pj's. I'm hoping the tank is cool enough (temperature-wise) that he keeps it on!
Conclusion: Love it! I think it goes perfectly with the shorts from the 6-2011 issue
