Pattern Description: Nice sized tote bag filled with pockets.
Pattern Sizing:One size
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes except for my modifications
Were the instructions easy to follow? I found myself really having to think my way through them and refer to bags I have made in the past. They were a bit confusing to me overall.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I like all the pockets as well as the cute pleather trim. This was my first time using pleather, but how to do that was made very clear on the Paradiso Designs web site.
Fabric Used: A heavy Echino print which I believe was linen, red alligator pleather.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I changed the straps to make them a bit longer and simpler.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I might sew it again and attempt to the straps correctly. I would recommend this to sewists that have bag making experience.
Conclusion: I love my bag. My usual bag has fallen apart, and this is an awesome new go-to. It is a great size and very sturdy. You can see more pictures on my blog.
