Pattern Description: Pullover knit dresses with neckline and sleeve variations. I made view C, just a basic t-shirt dress.
Pattern Sizing: This is available in sizes 8-24W.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes.
Were the instructions easy to follow? Very easy! I had not problems with the construction.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? In order to get more bang for my buck, I've been looking for patterns that will not only accommodate my pregnant belly, but will continue to get wear after the baby is born. This is not a maternity pattern- but will work well for both purposes!
Fabric Used: I used a blue and green striped jersey from Joann Fabrics. The jersey has a metallic thread running between each stripe.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I made one size smaller than my PRE-pregnant measurements. I find that the Big 4 usually has too much ease in their made for knits designs, so I always size down. I finished the neckline with seam binding rather than a narrow hem.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? I could see myself making another and yes, I do recommend this to others.
Conclusion: This was very fast and easy to make. I received several compliments from friends. I was also stopped by a stranger to ask me where I buy such cute maternity clothes!
