Pattern Description: Pullover top has neck and sleeve bands. A: close-fitting, hem bands. B: overlapped back, flesh will show. A and B: shaped hemline, wrong side shows on B. B and C: loose-fitting, stitched hems, and tacking forms twist effect on band. I made both versions and will review both.
Pattern Sizing: Misses XS-XXL. I made a S/M
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? yes
Were the instructions easy to follow? yes. View A the sleeves are attached to main body pattern, so no set in sleeves.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I like the binding on the sleeves and hem. I also like the boxy look of view B. shorter version. The open back is a cute idea, but would look good on someone else.
Fabric Used: rayon knit
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I made view B shorter and omitted the open back
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?. I would recommend this pattern. It is very easy to sew up and the binding makes a nice finish on the hem (view A), and the twisted binding on the sleeves (view B). view A has a seam running down the top center of the sleeve and makes an interesting effect using striped fabric.
