I have Brother PE150 embroidery machine that quit working. I had been in this store before, bought feet and bobbins, and drooled over their machines. My PE150 quit picking up the bobbin thread. When my embroidery only machine quit working, I had to decide whether to get it repaired or start saving for a new bigger and better machine. A couple of places had no idea what was wrong and offered to see what would happen for a minimum of $160 and they would either send it off or start tinkering with it. I happened to be in the area of All Brands and walked in to talk to them about my little machine and they were fairly sure it was just the timing and without guarantees would be an easy fix. I took in the machine Saturday and got it back Monday. They fixed the timing issue, cleaned, lubed and serviced it for a low price of much less than the other quotes just to open the case.

I am thrilled that I have my little machine back.

I don't believe they are affiliated with that other store in the Southern U.S.

Mufffet	10/28/09	Sounds like a great resource to have near you. Independent sewing techs are jewels. And there aren't all that many around any more or if they are there, they don't advertise. There is a shop like that here and I treasure it.
