Those two chains each have hundreds of stores around the country. I have worked in that business. The store manager sets the tone for the store. To say one store is better than another is understandable based on your experience. However these two stores really only represent themselves. Yes, policies are set a corporate level but you can read reviews hear of horrible Hancocks and great JAs. You are certainly entitled to shop where you would like but need to remember you can be missing some great fabric shopping experiences based on your decision. I come to these comments because I am blessed with an incredible JAs near us with very knowledgeble staff who are very helpful. It is also ALWAYS well organized and clean. Why? great manager setting the tone. |
