I have purchased fabric from here multiple times. The prices are great - lower than most stores.
This is a very small store operated out of an old house in downtown Davidson, NC. The owner can offer assistance in fabric selection and with various projects. She is very friendly.
She has a limited number of fabrics, but what she has is great. She carries Amy Butler, Free Spirit, Robert Kaufman, Michael Miller, and Moda (she has some others that I can't remember).
My shopping experience was great. I didn't have any problems.

I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in the Charlotte area. It is a great find. Also, you can purchase the fabrics through an Etsy store. They are a little more expensive on Etsy, but the prices are competetive.
This store is only open on Tuesday mornings from 9:15am to 12:15pm and by appointment. You can call 704-668-3194 to make an appointment.
