Have you bought anything from this store? If yes were the prices competitive? The prices seem to be in line with other quilt shops and sewing machine stores. I took my serger in for service which came to around $140 (including tax) for some super cleaning right before Christmas. That seems to be around what others are charging.

Were the sales people polite and friendly?Yes, very nice. I look really young, but when I go in there they talk directly to me like an adult (instead of looking at whomever I'm with). One of the salesmen took the time to completely go through the Babylock Evolve with me, even when I told him I couldn't buy one at that time. They are very good with answering questions and aren't too pushy.

How would you rate the quality of the item this store sells? They sell the top quality quilt fabrics, babylock machines, etc. so I'd say quality was high.

How was your shopping experience. Is there anything you did not like about this store?I was told the wait time for machine service was around three days, but they were able to get my machine (which had suddenly just stopped during the middle of Christmas sewing projects, ugh) fixed up within a day! Apparently it just had a lot of lint up inside where I couldn't see. :)

Would you shop here again?Even though it's quite a drive from my house (especially in the dark winter weather) and I really get miffed about paying sales tax (hey, I'm from Oregon, sales tax free), I would still take my Evolve back without hesitation. I would also shop for notions and fabric there if I was in the area or needed something specific for my serger. I also would feel comfortable buying a new machine from them if I ever came to that.

Would you recommend this store to others?Absolutely, yes!

Any other comments you would like to add?I checked a lot of online reviews for serger/machine repair prior to choosing a shop--let's face it, some places are horrible. The ones nearest me had questionable reputations, so I contacted this shop, which I had been to before, and was able to get in and out even during Christmas. So glad I did. The sales people are very helpful and the man who repaired my machine was quite polite.
