Featured in the PR book!
This is a tip I picked up from knitting. If you want to know whether a fabric will end up being scratchy just cut off a small piece and tuck it in your bra. Walk around the fabric store for at least 10-15 minutes and if you forget it's there, great! If it's comfortable in your bra it should be fine to wear all day next to your skin. You could also tuck the swatch in your waistband or sock if you don't want to fuss with your underwear in public.

Good idea. And thanks for the alternative suggestions. I was wondering how I was going to convince by wife to let me borrow one of her bras.

Now I must remember to carry a small pair of scissors in my purse!
