I wanted to add a pocket to a pattern that had none. I found a rtw shirt that had the pocket I wanted and threw it on a copier. The first copy served as my template for placement. I then used the enlarge feature on my copier to make one that include my seam allowances. I then folded my copy and fabric to make a fantastic pocket. I'm sure this method can be used to copy many rtw features.

Very good idea, now I know how to add a pocket to a "pocket-less" pattern! Great idea!
