Those of you who battled with/ were disappointed or astonished by the level of product delivery and customer service shown at the beginning of this year by the See It Sew It Sewing Library, may be interested to know that the site has started up again.
In the last few days (7 September) several new classes have become available for download.
The promise is that all classes will be available - well now Ill believe it when I see it. . . but even to have a few more classes is welcome.
Given all the distress and aggro this group of companies caused their customers, two stars is generous for the SISI lessons, compared to the quality of coverage and professionalism of presentation of classes here at Pattern Review. But the new material is a reminder that the originator of the SISI sites may have been painfully irresponsible as a business woman but she was bursting with ideas about making clothes.
If you cant remember how to log in (it was a long time ago !), then Susan Wallin at
is very helpful
(The other suggested contact is firstname.lastname@example.org, but that gets a Mail Delivery Failed reply. Now why is that not a surprise. . .)
Sorry but I dont know what the situation is for customers who didnt get what they paid for from other companies in this group. And the Sewing Library isnt currently open to new customers.
Many thanks to all those who have put a lot of effort into rescuing this situation.
Update December 2nd 2007
Several more classes have been added to the site, which is now nearly complete.
