Margaret Tully is a fabulous instructor and very funny lady!
I took 3 classes with her on her visit to Knoxville.
Serger techniques such as turning a perfect curve, corners, making and adding piping.... making ruffles and adding them to your project... at the same time!
And all the decorative threads she told us about! I feel like I can make the most beautiful decorative rolled hems now!
Making tassels, and amazing crochet trim.. yes, with the serger.. and its so beautiful!
The last class was actually making a drunkerds patch wall hanging with the serger.
So on top of all the samples I came out with, I also had a complete wall hanging to take home.
All this on top of Margaret's wonderful, fun personality! She was a blast.
I truly learned so much more to do with my serger that will make my sewing life much easier... and my projects more professional looking! |

Sounds like Margert would be most interesting and I have heard how good she is from others who have taken her classes.
