Jar Gripper under Walking Serger/Sewing Machine
I found a "Jar Gripper" was the only thing that worked to keep my Evolve Serger from walking off the table on heavy fabrics.I have the Baby Lock base that holds the "Catching Bag" for serged edges,which I really like.You have to sit the machine at the edge of the table so far forward the weight moves the serger forward when serging heavier fabrics.I tried all kinds of rubber grippers, computer pads, so on, and nothing worked..
I went to the kitchen and grabbed my often used jar
grippers I love(can't always wait for DH's hands).
I put one under each front foot, and Voila-no walking!!..
I actually got mine at Target(household utensil section,4
in package--$5.00);but I figured this pic on Amazon would
get the idea across.Also, I can take it to serger classes...

Hi, Sewtwin, These sticky rubbery things work well for such purposes. I just posted a similar review for "Grip Liner" from Target. I put it under my pedal and also my sewing machine. Stops the "creep!"
