Featured in the PR book!
I heard about the Dritz Fly Front Zipper Guide. But the only place that still has them is http://www.sew-quick.com. in England. I would of orderd one but it is a bit too much for my pocket. After watching the Sandra Betzina video I decided to try to make one. I took a piece of cardborad, measured 1 & 1/4" all the way down then rounded off the end like in the video. Labeled it and then laminated it. I made it long for any length, just raise it to shorten. And if you need it left handed, just flip it over. I either use double sided sticky tape to trace it or just press it down depending on the fabric.

What an excellent idea. I was trying to put in a zipper last night, and I could have really used that. When she demonstrated the zipper, it seemed easy.

This is exactly what I do, except mine isn't as cute or laminated. Still, its FREE compared to whatever Dritz charges. And, if you lose it, you can always make another one!
