| Her is a little game I play when I do my projects. It helps me focus and my projects come out great! I start with a project and I count the number of times I use my seam ripper. (Let's say 6 times) I record it on paper on the wall. When I start my next project I am only allowed to use my ripper 5 times. Next project 4 times and so on. If you go over your previous number (shame on you) continue to try and beat your personal best. If you succeed, proceed with the next lower number of times. See if you can get to 0! I got all the way down to 1 once! I pay close attention to the details before I start sewing. I don't rush, I check my machine and it also makes me mark and draft better. If you hate picking seams as much as I do - this is the tip for you. |
