Chapstick? (Tip/Technique)

Threading a needle was never easier since I started putting on Chapstick before sewing. Now my lips can do what my spit (okay, saliva) never could - Bring the thread to a perfect point.
I guess I need to write at least 50 words for this tip to post - that should do it! |
WOW! Never thought of that! I teach my students to always have sewing bee's wax in their sewing aprons to use to thread their sewing machine and sergers. You're right, it's so much easier! Great and funny idea!

Ahah! I can use all the help I can get threading needles, since I can barely even see them anymore!

I absolutely agree. I buy those needle threaders but can never find them. All yiu have to do with chapstick is get your purse.
