Featured in the PR book! |
| I use old wrapping paper rolls to store ribbon. I wrap the individual ribbon around it (single width) and then use pins from store bought clothing and fabrics (you know those cheap little metal head pins) to tack each ribbon end in place. This way, I have a "ribbon stick" to see all of my ribbons at one time (it looks kind of like a "cheer stick" that I saw in a cheerleading movie once.) |
Just the hint I needed. I am sewing a lot for granddaughters and at the moment have this box of tangled ribbons.

Great tip! Thank you!

Have you tried the ribbonring product? I hang my ribbons on the ribbonring tags by color in my sewing area. They are so pretty and they remind me to use my ribbon.
