Featured in the PR book!
When I make a shirt with a collar, I always find it a challenge to press the neck area. The collar/neck seam can be pressed over a tailor's ham, but I've found that if I position the shirt with the collar sticking straight up like this or like this, it makes it easier to press those facings around the collar area. (I also do this when I iron shirts.)
