Featured in the PR book!
I tried something new to make a better fit over my sway back in a lined jacket.

After sewing center back seam (I basted jacket together to fit before final stitching/topstitching) I pressed the seam open and ironed a 1" strip of fusible interfacing down over the seam allowances to give this area more body. This did what I wanted it to do - keep the back "crisp" so it didn't collapse and hang up high hip over my sway back.

I have the same "problem", very good way to solve this thank you. What would you do with blouses?

Good use of that technique. It also works well over the hip seam on skirts and slacks - smooths out those bulges on some of us who are so smooth through that area anymore.

Great idea. It would avoid that "shelf" look above the derriere.
