If the metal pull tab on your zipper is broken, don't replace the zipper, just raid your jewelry making supplies and add a charm with a jump ring to the zipper slide.

Attach the charm or some beads on a wire, attach to jump ring and insert jump ring through the hole in the zipper slide where the pull tab used to be.

I added a silver palm tree to my broken zipper, just to make me smile!
