Set up two $5 to $10 dollar ironing boards the height you want to work with. Put a fold out cutting board (about $10) on top and voila! about a 3' x5' work space. I will post a picture after following the procedures for doing so. Light weight and easy to move to put away against any wall or in a closet.

Great idea! I usually put my cutting board on top of a bed but the height is all wrong and stresses my back. I never thought of using ironing boards. Thanks!

thabk you , we all have to start. also you can get cheap card tables from cvs on clearance $4 each, like i did and set them up in a t shape. and put the cutting board on top of them.
