To make a beautiful corner miter, stitch blanket binding to the end of fabric. Fold binding back on itself, right sides together. Match up edges and pin. Stitch diagonally. Pull top layer over bottom layer. Voila! Nicely finished corner!

Thank you so much for this information! I make memory baby blankets and I always struggle with the corners. I think with a little practice I can master a perfect corner!
