This really isn't a tip...more of a review but the Notions Review area didn't have a spot for this.

With that said, this is a FRANK A EDMUNDS-Craft Glove. I bought this from Hancock Fabrics for $9.99 less 30% because all quilting notions were on sale. The end price was somewhere around $6.50 or so. I was having extreme pain in my wrists and hands from my office work. I have been really busy at work typing TONS of information into my computer for an upcoming conference. I was wanting to sew, but my hand hurt so bad that I couldn't. I bought this glove on Monday at noon and put it on and wore it the rest of the day. By the afternoon - the pain in my hand and wrist was GONE! I highly recommend this product if you are experiencing pain in those areas. I works by using your own body heat and massages and warms the area. The package says that the more you move your hand the better it works. And. It. Does.

Thanks for this review. I have been wondering if the gloves really worked. Now if only there was something for my elbow?

I've used a similar glove on and off over the years also. I've found it's even better if I put it on *before* starting an activity that makes my wrist hurt if done too long.
