I have been recycling large vinyl banners of the sort used by museums into zippered pouches and totes. Hints on PR helped with the assembly (teflon foot; tear-away stabilizer), but turning the small pouches inside out after assembly was difficult with the stiff vinyl. Hot air from the hair dryer blown into the pouch corners really helped soften the vinyl so that it could easily be manipulated into a crisp corner. No stretching or deforming the colorful images, either. Works like a charm!

Thanks so much for this hint. I have struggled with vinyl on similar projects. I can't wait to try it.
