Thank you. That was interesting to see. It's been a lifetime since I've used these seams but I do recall how nice it looked on the Jeans I made. Perfect timing for me since denim is on sale at the moment and I was considering buying some. I think I will now.

I use this seam when I make shirts, it looks good and is strong. Most expensive ready-made shirts have this seam.

I use Margaret Islander's version, you only have to stitch once.
