| This was the first sewing class that I took. It is set up so that you bring the pattern, fabric, you own sewing machine and notions to the class. It is a five week class. The topic is open because you bring the item that you want to make and the instructor walks around the room and helps you when you have quetions. This class is good if you want to make only what you are interested in making and you know a little bit about sewing. It is also good for beginners that need a little more guidance along the way. I made jacket with a zipper and seam pockets - although I could sew it was nice to learn additional shortcuts from the instructor, as well as, attending the class with other students with the same interest. |
