The class kit came within 3 days of class registration and contained a wide variety of wools plus the pattern and material to sew a half size lined skirt.
The lessons were quite detailed, up to 28 pages each and were posted daily. They provided the information in a very organized way and were complimented with photo examples of wool garments.
Any questions, even comments with a hint of a question, were addressed by Sarah whether in the chat or on the classroom board. Chat and Classroom Boards were available for printout and future refernce.
The online format was terrific for me because I could complete the lessons and sew the skirt project around my schedule. I was again surprised at just how much I learned from my classmates who posted their experiences while creating the skirt project. It is so valuable to be able to learn from the various seam techniques we tried during the class and get the feedback from Sarah on how to resolve any difficulties we were having in sewing with the fabrics.
I plan to sign up for Sarah's classes on silks and another on linings. I have also recommended PR classrooms to some of the Yahoo and Google Groups where I am a member.
I will definitely continue to sign up for PR online classes. They are so informative and have connected me with other PR members that I enjoy meeting again throughout the PR site.
