PR ONLINE CLASS
Where to start? There is absolutely nothing I can say to improve this class. I do wish I had not been so tired. I just finished back-to-back Sewing 101-104 and Serger Fundamentals and jumped into this because I had a project that needed a lining. I was also down with a cold/flu so missed everyone of the Chats.
The content was terrific: lining fabric choices, caring for them, incorporating linings from a pattern and creating them yourself and of course the specifics of coat, jacket, dresses, pants and skirt linings.
The Samples came just a few days after registering and make a huge difference. Somehow they just make the lessons click and stick in my brain.
I actually didn't get to start on my lining project until class ended, but Sarah was right there for me. She keeps the Classroom boards open for at least after the last class so I was able to post my problems and she got me through it. Not only did I select a non-traditional fabric, but I created the lining myself for a robe. DH absolutely loves it!
