I got this Olfa Rotary Guide Arm at my local quilt shop. I had to ask them to bring one in for me, the part number is 9549 - RTY-Guide.

It screws onto any Olfa rotary cutter with a hole in its centre. You place the guide against your traced pattern and the blade cuts at the width you've adjusted it to (from 5mm to 80mm). This nice thing is that you can vary your seam allowance if you are trying to conserve fabric or if you want a smaller seam allowance for a collar or facing. It also makes tracing the pattern faster as you no longer need to add the seam allowance into your tracing.
