To save time when sewing I mark all of the darts, markings, and matching points from the tissue on the pattern guide sheet. I mean the 1st page of directions with a picture of each piece and its name, right before the layout section. This way when i sew raveling fabrics i do not have to pull back out the pattern piece itself, i can just check the sheet. This way i am sure that snip is a snip, or that i am not matching a seam snip into a pocket stop or something.

I think I get it, she marks the tissue markings onto the diagrams on the hard paper guide that takes you through the construction steps. Its not a bad idea, I hate digging out the tissue to remind myself of markings, especially if i've carefully refolded along the factory lines !!
