I decided to store my fabric swatches in a little 99 cent photo album. I created a template, which I print & fill out, and attach a swatch to. Then, I slide it in the photo album & I'm good to go! I posted more fabric swatch book ramblings on my blog:

I just did the same thing with 2 photo books, one for knits & one for wovens. I didn't make a template, just wrote the info on each page. I really wish I would have thought of a template. I will definetely use yours in the future. Thanks a bunch!
