After you have made a body mold and crotch curve template of your body space for adjusting your pant pattern, you need to learn how to use it. I found a blog article that explains how to align your pattern, position your template on the pattern, and draw the corrected lines. It includes text and photos.

Great--thank you. I own practically every available tool and gadget on the market but don't have complete instructions on how to use the things! I would appreciate a book written on how to actually use all the toys out there for sewing.
