Drop a long department store dress bag over your dress form. The little hanger-opening at the top will settle on the top of the form neck and the rest will hang down nicely, close to the form. When you put your garment onto the dress form, it will glide on effortlessly and the thin bag paper will offer no resistance to the shaping in of the garment to the form.
