I am in the middle of slipcovering my almost new sofa. Bad color choice on my part!
I have been dreading doing the two very deep seat cushions with the boxed and bias corded edges.
I popped in to our local upholstery shop and they would be happy to do the cushions for a total of $60.00 which I think is reasonable.
My tip is to do the parts you are comfortable with and think about a professional for the rest. Between us it should look terrific. |
What a great idea.

Wish I had your courage. Mine sits waiting for me to start AGAIN! For me the hard part is joining the back, arm and the sides come together, for me the cushions are the easy part. Maybe we should join up and complete the whole job. (joking)
