If you are using boning which you purchased with casing you may need this tip. Unroll the plastic fabric cased boning. Use your glass heads pins and pin the casing to your well padded ironing board. Liberally spray your boning and casing
with a spray starch and press using a steam iron. Lots of steam each section then cover with your clapper till each section is cool.
