I was working on the Colette Sorbetto this week-end and having major binding issues! I didn't like the instructions for finishing the binding and knew there was a better way from my experiences making quilts. Well, I finally resolved all the binding problems this morning and decided to look up the method I learned in quilting class for finishing binding. It works so well on quilts that I thought it had to be better than the technique described by Colette. And it is! It's like magic! Give it time, as it takes a bit to get your head around it, but it works every time!
Happy binding!

This looks a lot easier than the way I've been doing it. I'm going to try this measuring technique!
