I keep a spiral notebook in my sewing room with a printout of all my reviews. I start with the pattern name in bold letter, copy and paste my review under that and then add a thumbnail view of one of my project photos. That way, when I go to make the pattern again, whether in 3 week or 3 years, I can refer to what I did.

I agree, this is a great idea! I assumed PR would be available forever, so I could look up my own reviews when needed. But this idea is better...just in case. Thanks!
