We all know about pressing as we sew, but here's something simple that I've been doing lately that has been very helpful.
I tend to forget to clip the threads at the start and finish of my stitching lines, and finish a project with jungles of threads dangling from it.
Now, I keep my thread clippers on my ironing board. That way, I'm always reminded to clip threads as I press seams, after I ........you guessed it......machine the seam!!!
