|This class taught me so much that I have taken so many other classes to learn (and didn't). How do I make sure I'm cutting on grain with knits? What do I do when the fabric starts bunching as I'm sewing along--even when I have the walking foot on? How do I get that organza to stop shifting when I try to mark it? What kinds of interfacing or support do I use with different kinds of knits and airy or slippery fabrics like georgette or china silk? Sarah is an amazing teacher--the lessons are organized in graspable chunks and she's extremely articulate in explaining AND showing some of the most fundamental skills. The past Q&As are helpful, too, and I don't know when the class was first offered, but Sarah is STILL answering questions!!! I really felt this class covered everything I expected it to plus a whole, whole lot more. I highly recommend it.
