Since I've been purchasing many, many, many yards of fabric to sew all my draperies (new house), I was at my wit's end to store it all nicely without creasing things down the middle every time I had to set a particular piece aside - ironing a pleated shade after it's strung is a pain in the rear!

I found (at the Home Depot, of all places) Pants hangars that grip the fabric. Now each of my projects in process is hanging freely from a pants hangar in my closet (on the "long" side to accomodate those 60" widths)
