Plano makes this wonderful clear, plastic storage box with compartments small enough to store and organize your sewing machine's extra feet. You can have as many as 20 small compartments that are adjustable and a few more larger unadjustable compartments.

Each small compartment is 1.75" deep, 1" wide and 2" long. This size is just perfect for storing those Bernina feet, since it allows the foot to stand up.

I've taken off the cover and placed it in the top drawer of my sewing cabinet. So when I open up the drawer, all my Bernina feet are standing up, their identification numbers in clear view. You can also use the larger unadjustable compartments to store the walking foot, new needles and notions.

I bought this storage box at Home Depot six years ago, and I think I've seen it there just recently. I just don't know how much it is now, but I didn't pay more than $5 for it!

An organized sewing area makes for a faster completion of your sewing projects!
