Yeah!
I heard from Wazoodle this evening and they expect to receive the Power Dry Custom Color yardage tomorrow.  At least that's what they figure will happen since they believe that the mill shipped it to them yesterday.  They report they are ready to cut and ship as soon as they get the list from Jenny.
Malden Mills produced 67 yards over the order of 1300 so there will definitely enough fabric to cover the existing orders and maybe enough to offer more yardage!
Those of you who have ordered this material, watch for an email from Wazoodle asking for payment for shipping.
Soon, folks, very very soon.

LeeAnne, owner of Wazoodle.com, posted tonight at the Yahoo group, Fabrics and Notions, that they expect to receive the Power Dry from Malden Mills on Monday or Tuesday.  Her post is message number 2305.  Anyone who is has ordered this fabric should go read her message.

Those who've ordered 6 yards and under should have received their shipping invoices from Wazoodle.com by now and those who've ordered more than 6 yards should receive their invoices today or tomorrow.  If you have any problems or questions please email or message me through PR or privately.
I'm so excited.  Here it is on the docks at Wazoodle.com on Tuesday afternoon

Well, folks, I turned off the ability for anyone to send me private email and can't remember how to turn it back on - so  - if someone tells me how to turn it back on I will, if not you can post your questions here.

And of course, you all know that Wazoodle.com will ship as soon as they receive your payment.

good heavens, mary beth!  you thought you'd just cut all that fabric for us!  wow, you are a woman with grand ambitions!  that it is to me a daunting pile of fabric, but when it comes to me it will mystically have become an inspiring pile of fabric!

Georgene tipped me off to the use of this color in the Gucci collection at Gucci Spring collection at Style.com
This sure stopped me dead in my tracks and made me rethink the uses for the Power Dry.
This is the exact color that Georgene recommended for the Power Dry and the color we asked the Mill to duplicate.
Is Georgene brilliant, or what?  We are so very blessed with great minds through this site!

Greetings! I just received a Paypal request for shipping for the powerdry so I think Wazoodle has cut through that heap of fabric. Now, what to make? Can anyone recall if this was to be treated like polarfleece with no prewashing?

I'd prewash it.  Color will run and there will be shrinkage.  I suspect (but can't be really sure b/c of various foot and shoe problems this summer) that you will experience a little bit of continuous vertical shrinkage for a while.

Gucci spring collection: Those slouchy semi sheer tees -  Very cool looking, on the models that is.  I like the white V neck.. Lots of the nude and white going on there.
I am thinking of boring things with the fabric though - making a couple of slips for stuff I am too lazy to line.  I didn't order enough of it to think too much past that and /or cool PJ's for summer.
I just paid for my order at paypal.  Lee Anne is great - top notch customer service there: she noticed I had placed a Wazoodle order the other day, and will be shipping it all together to save $$.
