Some one please help me. I'm fairly new to sewing. Have made small things, purses, curtains, quick clothing fixes, heming. I want to try to make a scrub top. But I am horrible at buying material. Either too much or not enough. Someone please lead me in the right direction. Thanks so much.

If it's 45" wide cotton and kimono type sleeves and the front neck placket matches, 2-3/4 yds. If the sleeves are set-in, get 3 yds. If you use a second fabric for contrast, 2-1/2 yds plus 1/4 yd for the contrast, and again 3 yds for set-in sleeves.
