Does anyone do this and if so, have you felt successful? I've been doing a lot of research and not found too much in the way of negative comments.

For those that don't know about T-Tapp, here's the book on Amazon with reviews:
Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes

I've borrowed the book from the library and tried a few of the freebies on the website and am intrigued:

Thanks for the link! Now, I'm intrigued too! Do let me know what you think of the book. I have many of the physical problems she discusses. I just started taking a Pilates class and I think this would work well along with it. I know I've heard of this system, but don't know anyone who has used it.

Anybody out there with more info?

It says it lowers blood sugar levels and develops muscle density instead of mass. Now that sounds pretty good, doesn't it.

Thanks for posting! I've never heard of this before and most likely would never have come across it.

ETA: I found a couple of things on YouTube about T-Tapp.

From what I've found out, she chose not to go the infomercial route and most people find out by word of mouth or doing a search-like I did. Many people seem to become zealous devotees once they see results.

There's a 30% off coupon in the book to mail in for discount on the tape/DVD program. The book also comes with a DVD that shows a few moves. Guess I'll just wait to get the coupon.

Is that coupon in a particular book? Sorry, I haven't gotten that far.....is there more than one book? Appreciate the specific info!

The coupon is on the last page where the DVD is attached. You have to mail it in and they give you number you can use to order off the website to get the discount.

There's a class offered at a college online by the T-Tapp head trainer I was going to look into. It costs quite a bit more for those outside California, though:

Karen - I went to your linked T-tapp site last night and did a couple of the videos there - the Hoe Downs and the Torso, etc.. I immediately felt good! And I woke up this morning w/o some of the ol' aches and pains of a woman of 'a certain age.' My knees don't hurt today - wow - DH is going to enjoy a non-complaining evening.

I've ordered the $10 demo video (which gives $10 off the subsequent purchase) to take a good look. But I still feel so much more straight and tall today, even after getting home from work (should be slumping at least some by now). It was helpful to read some of the book and video reviews at Amazon, too.

Time to look at the demo videos again.

My knees and I really appreciate your posting your question, Karen.

I bought the book after my sister told me about it. It comes with a CD with exercises to flatten the tummy in 15 minutes a day without sit ups. I only did it for 2 days and my husband noticed a difference right away. I couldn't see a difference in my tummy from my vantage point, but I felt like it was a little bit firmer. I took Before pictures so I could document the physical results (like the people in the book did) but, unfortunately, I have not stuck with it. It actually took me longer than 15 minutes to complete the exercises (more like 25 because I want to make sure I'm getting it right) and I end up running out of time to get ready for work in the morning. I have good intentions to wake up earlier, but that snooze button is just too tempting!

What I read is that in the beginning it might take up to 45 minutes to get through the routine since you're learning how to position yourself but later it can be done in 15 minutes.
I'm going to start when everyone goes back to school next week...I made a copy of the measuring chart in the book and am going to get measured and take a picture, too.

Here's an interesting study the creator did at a VA facility. It makes everything seem more credible. I mean, I've only been reading the book and tried a few of the moves and am more interested than anything else I've tried or researched!

T-Tapp VA Study

I think my MIL would benefit from this since she's diabetic and the Hoe Down move you tried is supposed to really drop blood sugar levels. Glad you feel better!
