I am on dial up and am sort of thinking I might try to hit the Hobby Lobby pattern sale before the week's out. I probably will not get time to look online much so I was wondering what must have patterns some of you are getting or think would be good for the stash in the newer styles. I use misses and women's patterns for young adult daughter and myself so most anything goes here. Butterick suggestions would be ok also as Hancock's has them limit 5 for $1.99 on Thursday so I will probably go towards the end of the week so I can get these also. Thanks.

Hi: I recently bought from McCall's 5466 (dress), 5244(jackets), 5473 (skirts), and hope to buy 5512 (dress). Anyway, there are more patters and fabric that there is time to sew. Of the Buttericks I am also planning on going to Hanckoc's to get 5087, 5101,5884, 5105, I don't remember what they are for right now, I made my list last week from their web site.
Have fun...

I think you must have a nice jumper this fall. I like this updated version Jumper

Another must have is a retro-type jacket. this one can also be made into a coat. Retro Jacket

These might not be "must-haves" but worth .99. I had not condered looking at any of Hilary Duff's "stuff" until I saw some posted on Erica B's blog and I think are very nice and not too teen-ish. They might require some modifying. Dress Jacket

Thanks ZoeP I wrote the numbers down and will pull them if the book is occupied and have a look. I like going to the HL pattern sales as there is no limit- probably a bad thing but it prevents the big decision of which one I have to toss back.

This is funny I have two of those same numbers written down so they must be good(5053 qnd 5049). I was wanting to try a Connie Crawford pattern also. I jotted down the others you have on your list. Thanks.

The links are so nice. That last jacket would be a bad thing for my posterior for sure. I will definitely have a look at Erica's blog and see the Hilary Duff things sewn up. I was thinking of getting a newer jumper look for my daughter and also a retro jacket pattern of some sort. Thank you for the links.

I noticed that Hobby Lobby has McCalls on sale for .99 through September 15. They are pretty close to me. Joann's has Simplicity on sale this weekend too, for $1.99! Time to stock up on the fall patterns. Now to figure out what fabrics to make them up in for fall in Florida!
