I've read and participated in various threads about fabric and our Personal Fabric Collections.

I've also turned into a Pattern Junkie. Over the last four years or so, I've picked up so many patterns. I reckon I could sew for several years off of my existing fabric and patterns.

I'll count my patterns later today, but I'm guessing I have around 250 - 300. Most of them are costumes and vintage, but I also have regular clothing and home furnishing ones too...

How many do you have?

Individual Sewing and Quilting patterns, not including patterns in magazines:

Probably 75.

PS. I'll go count...

I'd rather tell you how much I weigh. The answer to both question would be "lots".

I don't even want to know how many I have - it will make me scared!

This made me think about whether my number of patterns equals my weight number. I think it just about does. I won't say how much but it's over 100.

I'm going to say about 100, not including Burda and I have my eye on about 8 more :tounge:.

My hope is to sew to the very end. They'll find my head slumped over my precious Kenmore 19606 and have to pry the seam ripper from my cold, dead hands.

Hi Kellie,

According to my data base (which I keep so I don't duplicate patterns), I have 302.

And Karla, luckily, this is NOT my weight!

Regards,

Sophiecat

Um, according to my catalogue - 468. I should probably go through them and edit some out....

ETA: Ooops, make that 472 - I forgot the 3 Jalies and the Kwik Sew that arrived today.

I don't think I'd ever have the time to count them all. They're stashed everywhere! If I include my vintage patterns, I'm betting over 1000. If I include my pattern books -- like BWOF, Ottobre, Diana couture, Patrones, etc. -- I'm probably to 1500 or so.
