Thread slipping out of delivery eye in bobbin case

I keep having this problem with my Bernina. When I baste, the thread slips out of the delivery eye in the bobbin case. Obviously, when that happens, the bobbin thread gets all loopy because there's no tension.

Any thoughts as to why this happens?

Have you talked to the dealer about it? They might have some ideas in case no one on PR has any insight.
